This program is ideal for anyone looking to improve their nutrition and overall health without sacrificing their lifestyle—whether you are struggling with gut or digestive issues, food sensitivities, nutrition deficiencies, an autoimmune disorder, weight gain, sugar cravings, impaired sleep, chronic stress issues, or just looking to gain clarity and a deeper understanding of nutrition and how it related to your body.
We will look into potential food intolerances and sensitivities, nutrient and hormonal imbalances, gut dysbiosis, environmental toxins and lifestyle factors that affect what you eat, how you metabolize food, and ultimately how you feel.
This is a flexible arrangement, with six sessions that can be used at your convenience. For best results, it is recommended to schedule sessions two weeks apart over three months, but you will have six months to complete the program.
