We start with a full nutritional assessment, with the option to add DEXA, micronutrient, gut, or hormone testing so we're working from data, not guesses.
But the numbers are only half of it. I care just as much about how you feel — your sleep, your skin, your mood, whether you actually enjoy your food. Those are the data points that tell us it's working and that it'll last.
