1:1 Nutrition Coaching

Personalized nutrition coaching that actually works—for your body, your goals, your real life.

Six months of one-on-one coaching built around your body, your goals, and your real life. No fads, no fear-mongering, just a clear, science-backed plan that fits into the life you're already living—and helps you feel noticeably better in it.

You've probably read the articles, tried the protocols, followed the accounts. What you need isn't just more information—it's someone who can help you figure out how all this information applies to your life and goals, and help you put it into practice.

Who This Is For

You're ready to make real changes to how you feel, eat, and move through your day, but you want guidance from someone who knows the science, respects your intelligence, and isn't going to hand you a rigid meal plan that falls apart in a few weeks.

You might be working through:

  • Stubborn body fat or difficulty building lean muscle

  • Blood sugar swings, energy crashes, or early metabolic red flags

  • Bloating, digestive discomfort, or a gut that feels off

  • Pregnancy or fertility challenges

  • Perimenopause, postpartum recovery, or other hormonal shifts

  • Poor sleep, low energy, or the kind of stress that lives in your shoulders

  • Food sensitivities or suspected nutrient gaps

  • The frustrating pattern of knowing what to do and still not doing itYou don't need to be starting from zero. Most of my clients aren't. They're smart, accomplished people who've absorbed a decade of wellness information and want someone to help them make sense of it for their body, their life, their family.

How It Works

Seven sessions over six months—enough time to see real change, with enough structure to keep you moving.

  • Session 1: Nutrition assessment (75 min)

  • Session 2: Two-week check-in to refine the plan and build early momentum (50 min)

  • Sessions 3–7: Monthly one-on-ones through the rest of the program (50 min)

All sessions are held over Zoom. LA-based clients can swap one session for an in-person grocery store walk-through.

What You Get

  • Seven one-on-one sessions over six months

  • Unlimited email access between sessions for food diaries, label questions, and random curiosities.

  • A personalized and flexible plan built around your clinical needs, your preferences, and the way you actually live

  • Recipes, habit frameworks, and strategies designed to stick

  • Supplement recommendations with discounts

  • Optional functional lab testing: micronutrient, hormone, and gut panels (additional cost)

How I Work

I'm a board-certified nutritionist and classically trained chef, which means I think about food from both sides: what your body actually needs, and what you'll actually want to cook. My specialty is metabolic health and body composition, but my work spans gut health, hormones, energy, and sleep, because none of this exists in isolation.

I'm not here to hand you a rigid plan or a list of foods to fear. I'm here to help you understand your body, make decisions you feel good about, and build habits that hold up when life feels busy or overwhelming. The goal isn't perfect. It's sustainable, enjoyable, and genuinely better.

No quick fixes. No food fear. No "toxic ingredient" scaremongering. Just real, lasting change—and a nutritionist in your corner who gets it.

Investment

$4,200 paid in full, or two automatic payments of $2100. To sign up using the payment plan, please follow this link.

Credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, and FSA/HSA accepted. Superbills available upon request.

TESTIMONIALS

“Mia has completely transformed my life. Thanks to her deep understanding, thoughtfulness, ability to listen and keen insights, I have become a significantly happier and healthier me. I recommend working with Mia to anyone looking to make lasting, incredible change.”

— Rebecca, New York

“Within three months of working with Mia, I had lost 14lbs, was getting amazing sleep, my acne cleared up, and I was generally much happier. The craziest thing was that I didn’t feel I was making any drastic sacrifices or lifestyle changes. I was able to live my life and enjoy the pleasures of being young in a vibrant city and still lose weight and feel healthy.”

— Natalie, New York

“Just finished my nutrition program, and I’ve never felt so good! I’m not as tired as I was, my skin is clear (and people notice), and I am not obsessing about food all day. I’m so happy I met Mia—after a certain point the crash diets stopped working. I’d be good for a few weeks and then go nuts!! I feel much healthier, and am excited to keep up this lifestyle. Mia never made me feel uncomfortable, was always positive, and kept me motivated when I felt like giving up.”

— Ally, Los Angeles

“I can’t tell you how good I feel! All of the stuff we worked on has really become unconscious decisions at this point - I don’t even think about my food choices that much more anymore - I just choose the right things because they make me feel good. I’ve really cleaned things up and with that, the weight has come off too which feels so good.”

— Lori, San Francisco
