Join us for a comprehensive four-month long group nutrition program designed to empower you with lifelong habits for sustainable wellness and tangible results.

This is a practical, science-backed program for women with dynamic, busy (and, perhaps, chaotic) lives. You’ll gain a deeper understand of popular nutrition science and how it relates to your body, improve your relationship with food, and find solutions to optimize your health and quality of life. I want you to feel your best so you can live your best!

Together, we’ll explore five fundamental pillars of health—diet, exercise, sleep, stress, and toxins—through in-depth, interactive sessions that will give you actionable tools to feel your very best today and in the future.


WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

Session 1: How You Can Use Nutrition to Optimize Your Energy, Mood, & Metabolic Health
Discover the power of nutrition to fuel your body and uplift your spirit. In this session, you’ll learn about the roles of protein, fat, and carbohydrates to balance blood sugar, support your metabolism, and identify the most nutrient-dense foods to support your unique needs. We’ll also discuss the importance of shifting our focus away from fat loss and towards healthy body composition so you can feel strong and nourished in your journey. Session 4: How to Deal with Sneaky Stressors & Get Back on Track
Sometimes life throws unexpected challenges your way. In this session, you’ll uncover the sneaky stressors hiding in your environment and learn how to reduce their impact on your health. We’ll cover ways to manage toxins, stress, jet lag and those moments when you feel derailed. You’ll leave with tools to get back on track and maintain your wellness journey no matter what comes your way.
